I have a website that uses Wordpress. In this Wordpress website, I use the specific plugin called Fluent Forms Pro. I have about 15 documents in Word/PDF format. I need someone to create 15 forms using Fluent Forms Pro on my website that will then output into PDF format combining the information from the Word/PDF into a new PDF integrating the information that the user will input into the forms.
No particular skillset is necessary as this just a data entry project. You simply must be trainable, be able to input the data. Required Skills are:
1. Read each document
2. Realize what inputs each form will need
3. Create the form in Fluent Forms Pro
4. Write the results page in Fluent Forms Pro
5. Use the PDF output feature to create the new PDF file
6. Create a webpage for the user to utilize the form
7. Meticulously test each form to make sure it's working properly
8. Create an Excel file with each page name and URL that you created
You do not need any software, as I already have everything on the website. You will need to be detail oriented and fast-paced once you get going. I can do a Google Meets video call with you, share my screen, show you exactly what needs to be done, and then set you up with a login on my website to complete the work. The first few may take some time for you to understand what I want, but then you should be able to complete the remainder on your own. If things work out well, we may turn this into a larger project and create more forms and other webpages.
I expect that after the first few forms, it should only take you 30 minutes to 1 hour on the remaining. In general, I am expecting no more than 5 to 10 hours a week over the next month or so to begin with.
This may expand to a long-term role as I have about a hundred more forms that we can expand this into.
