Answer: After applying on the portal successfully you can get work from your place.

 


Question: In which format and file size can I upload documents? 

Answer: We prefer a pdf. Jpeg and others but you can also upload a word document.

Question: What happens after the registration on portal?

Answer: After the successfully registration on portal it is advised that you have to regularly visit on portal and search the projects. As the project match to your skills and requirements you can bid on that project. A Client verifies your profile, skills, knowledge, work experience, expertise and award the project to the least bided amount freelancer. 


Question: How a Freelancer contact to client?

Answer:  A freelancer can contact the client via Chat Box/ SMS Service. It is open to all and makes conversation about the project and vice-versa.


Question: Whom should I contact if I have more questions about project or work order?


Answer: If there is any problem after the work / project awarded a freelancer can contact to Client / project provider regarding to their project. And if there is any technical problem regarding to portal you can call the Workfeast technical team on the contact no. provided on the portal.

Question: Can you help me to find the project / work?

Answer:  Yes, off course. Once you registered on the portal successfully and submitting the all the necessary uploads and filling the skills, work expertise. You can participate in our project bidding process and get the work online as per your skills and requirement.  



Question: Is there a cost for your service?

Answer: Yes, for freelancer the portal may charge some nominal amount after the successfully completion of the project and at the tile of the project payment. No any additional / hidden charges to cost from freelancer.

But, No charges to be taken from the Client / work provider before or after  the work. It is totally free for work provider.


Question: How do I apply for a work?

Answer:  You should go through the vedio / process to apply and apply successfully. After registering you should subscribe our service and participate in project bidding process. A project will be awarded to freelancer online valuable process and no manual interference accepted.


Question: How I get money for the completed project/ Work?

Answer: After the project awarded to freelancer, Client will submit the Milestone payment to Workfeast as the security money.  Once the project completed successfully and handover to client by the freelancer the amount will be transferred to freelancer. No any advance amount to be given to freelancer for the project.      


Question: What will be refund amount for the Milestone Payment submitted by the client?

Answer:  If the project awarded by the Client and hired a freelancer. At any reason the project is not completed successfully or withdraws a project by the client, then some part of the payment will be deducted (as per the project status/ mutually ) by the Workfeast and rest amount will be transferred to Client.


Question: Should I apply for the work in person or online?

Answer: Applying for work in person is usually not necessary. Every process is online and the bidding of the project, hiring of the freelancer, personal interview with the client via chat Box, and any issue related to the project is online. A freelancer can get the work and complete it as per his/her time requirement. No manual interference accepted by anyone. Computer based process runs automatically    24X7 days.
